Check in at the hotel desk after 5PM on Sundays and Holidays

WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS

Wi-Fi access is available and free to all guests. Enjoy in your hotel room and in our lobby, lounges and common areas.

MAIL/ PACKAGES

Guests will be charged $5 for each box shipped to the hotel.

*Please note that smoking, vaping or the use of all other smoking devices in a non-smoking hotel room will result in a $500 fine.*

How it works:

Provide a valid mobile phone number with your reservation.
You will receive a text at 10AM on the day of your arrival to initiate mobile check-in.
A text message will be sent to you when your room is ready.
Visit the key pickup window at the front desk to pick-up your room keys. (must present valid ID associated with reservation)
Key pickup before standard check-in time will result in an early check-in fee.

Check in is available same day from 10AM until 5PM

Check out is available daily from 5AM until 2PM

PARKING IS FREE FOR OUR EPIC, PARAMOUNT, PARAMOUNT PLUS, AND RED CARPET STAR CARD MEMBERS

Simply swipe your card at the exit terminal and the gate will open.

PARKING DISCOUNT FOR PREMIERE CARD MEMBERS

Swipe your card at the exit terminal to receive your discount and then you can pay with a credit card.
You can also prepay online, but will need your license plate number.

IF YOU’RE A HOTEL GUEST

Please take note of your license plate when parking. The front desk will ask for it and submit your information into the parking system for a special discount.
When you go to leave the parking area, the system automatically knows that you prepaid and the gate will lift when you arrive at the exit terminal.

IF YOU’RE A NON-CARDHOLDER

Please take note of your license plate when parking. Scan any QR code posted around the casino or hotel and follow the instructions.

Valet parking is now available.

Self parking rates are listed below. Garage Parking is open 24 hours. Surface Lot closes early each night – pay on entry.

Parking of over-sized vehicles, motor homes, box trucks and RV’s is not permitted.
*Rates may vary. Non-Hotel and Non Card Holder Rates are subject to change based on events occurring at the hotel or in the city.

The Electric Vehicle Charging Station is located in the surface lot across from the main lobby entrance. Rates and availability can found on the ChargePoint app.
