Dougherty’s Raw Bar Atlantic City
Located on the dining level at Resorts Casino Hotel.
The Raw Bar features a double-sided bar that can seat 36 and a menu that serves a range of fresh seafood daily, along with burgers, sandwiches, salads, charcuterie boards and more. Other highlights at The Raw Bar include Clams on the Half Shell, Shrimp Cocktail, Colossal Crab Cocktail, Chilled 1 LB. Lobster and a Seafood Tower menu option that combines many of these offerings, and then some.
The Raw Bar also serves a seared Ahi Sandwich, Lobster Rolls, a Crab Cake BLT, delicious meatball and Kobe beef Sliders, Charcuterie & Cheese Boards, Marcona Almonds, Soups, Salads and plenty more. In addition to the double-sided bar, the Raw Bar is home to a set of high top tables that can accommodate 32 guests, with two high tops dedicated to parties of 8-12 people.

Paired with an expansive raw bar and a carefully curated wine list, the new steakhouse resides in the historic Resorts Hotel & Casino, a building that mirrors the Dougherty’s roots in the community and strong local ties.
