The Ocean Ballroom is the largest of all of the ballrooms in Resorts. The room boasts floor to ceiling windows which overlook the historic boardwalk and capture beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Despite the size, the Ocean Ballroom can be transformed into an intimate wedding location ideal for celebrations from 200 to 1,000.


The Horizon Ballroom is truly the perfect spot to host your ceremony, kick off the evening’s festivities with cocktails or celebrate your nuptials with dinner and dancing for up to 200 of your closest group of friends and family. The Horizon Ballroom’s features two floor to ceiling walls of windows which allow natural sunlight to bathe the room as well as offer historic city views to the west and magnificent, unobstructed ocean views to the east.


Like the Horizon Ballroom, the Atlantic Ballroom is ideal for ceremonies, cocktail receptions or dinner and dancing with up to 200 of your invited guests. The high ceilings and architectural feel of the room make the Atlantic Ballroom a wonderful backdrop for the evening.


The Starlight Ballroom is a beautifully historic ballroom in Resorts, dating back to the days of Vaudeville. With its dual stages, plaster cathedral ceiling and custom detailed wood accents, your guests will experience the classic charm of our property. The ballroom is perfect for ceremonies, cocktail receptions or dinner and dancing for up to 100.

Eva Campbell, Director of Catering

Eva is married and the proud mother of two teenaged sons. She is the oldest of six children and prides herself in her upbringing where the focus was always on the importance of family. It was only natural that she chose a career where making people feel comfortable and like family is so important.eva
Having over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Eva has been directly involved in the successful organization and servicing of corporate conferences, conventions and business meetings but the events she holds closest to her heart have always been those centered around family.

Through the years, Eva has fostered genuine relationships in the community, established a reputation of honesty and commitment to her clients and has been entrusted with the planning and coordination of hundreds of weddings and personal celebrations.

Robert Levenson, Executive Chef

Chef Robert Levenson, a Navy veteran, is married with two beautiful daughters. In addition to being a dedicated family man, Chef Rob was a recipient of the Chef’s Association Top 40 under 40 Humanitarian Award for his philanthropic efforts.

In his role as Executive Chef, Chef Rob oversees all aspects of menu preparation, presentation and service. He has a contemporary approach to fine dining and firmly believes in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

When you attend your private menu tasting, you will see the tremendous pride Chef Rob has in his team and his craft. You will meet him. You will trust him. You will love him!

Anthony Smith, Banquet Manager

 Anthony, the son of a Naval officer, approaches his day with discipline and integrity. He has a tremendous work ethic and a “make it happen” attitude. No request is too “out of the box” for him and what he doesn’t know, he will research and learn.

Anthony Smith AC WeddingsPrior to Resorts, Anthony has 15 years of hands on experience in a private country club setting where he was responsible for many aspects of the creative and efficient overall layout of ballroom design, from audio-visual to décor to table scape to ceremony and dining room set up. He is well experienced in the varied religious and non-religious wedding customs and traditions which are so often celebrated.

On your wedding day, while Eva is focused on our couple, Anthony ensures that our Banquet team, in concert with Chef Rob and the Culinary team, maintains the highest level of preparation and service to your guests.

Shawn Coleman, Convention Services Supervisor

Shawn is married and father to three. He grew up as the son of public servants; his father was an Army officer as well as a Captain in local law enforcement, his mother, a retired public school teacher. He chairs the scholarship committee for the Sons of Italy and he too is focused on family.

Shawn has spent his entire career working with the public. He is easy going and easy to relate to, receiving constant accolades from our guests for his attentive presence and exceptional service.

Shawn is our support. He rounds out our team ensuring that everything is in its proper place for your wedding celebration. His day does not end until your big day is well underway!

Deborah Stea, Catering Sales Manager

 Deborah joined the Resorts AC team as the Catering Sales and Convention Services Manager delivering her positive and enthusiastic approach encompassing decades of success in the hospitality industry. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Deborah’s inspiration in hospitality began while vacationing with her family in the early years of Resorts. Her career began in her family’s food distribution business while gradually transitioning into the hospitality industry.
Her career as a Wedding Planner began shortly afterwards. Her progression through the years entails a wide range of venues and array of experiences with Weddings, Conventions, Corporate Meetings, and Social Groups throughout Atlantic and Cape May Counties. Deborah’s interaction with world renowned culinary teams lead her to fine tune her skills in fine dining group experiences. Deborah was chosen in 2020 for Women’s History Month in a prior position for her accomplishments within her career as well as volunteer causes within the community.

Deborah is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking working within the intricacies of event planning. With her personable approach to catering to each unique client, she is passionate and dedicated to inspiring her guests to achieve their vision with exemplary service and a particular acuity for detail. The excitement of going beyond her client’s expectation is as a gratifying and rewarding experience for her as it is for her them..  Deborah’s favorite inspirational quote is the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in service of others.

In her personal life, Deborah has nurtured rewarding relationships helping others while having a positive impact on society. With her dedication as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children in Foster Care), Deborah supports the best interest for children.  Also, a science enthusiast, Deborah is a board member of the South Jersey Astronomy club igniting the public’s interest throughout the year while actively participating in initiatives in community outreach programs through educational and observational events.  Deborah first and foremost is an adoring mother to her two daughters and two grandchildren.
