Eva Campbell, Director of Catering

Eva is married and the proud mother of two teenaged sons. She is the oldest of six children and prides herself in her upbringing where the focus was always on the importance of family. It was only natural that she chose a career where making people feel comfortable and like family is so important.

Having over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Eva has been directly involved in the successful organization and servicing of corporate conferences, conventions and business meetings but the events she holds closest to her heart have always been those centered around family.

Through the years, Eva has fostered genuine relationships in the community, established a reputation of honesty and commitment to her clients and has been entrusted with the planning and coordination of hundreds of weddings and personal celebrations.

Robert Levenson, Executive Chef

Chef Robert Levenson, a Navy veteran, is married with two beautiful daughters. In addition to being a dedicated family man, Chef Rob was a recipient of the Chef’s Association Top 40 under 40 Humanitarian Award for his philanthropic efforts.

In his role as Executive Chef, Chef Rob oversees all aspects of menu preparation, presentation and service. He has a contemporary approach to fine dining and firmly believes in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

When you attend your private menu tasting, you will see the tremendous pride Chef Rob has in his team and his craft. You will meet him. You will trust him. You will love him!

Anthony Smith, Banquet Manager

Anthony, the son of a Naval officer, approaches his day with discipline and integrity. He has a tremendous work ethic and a “make it happen” attitude. No request is too “out of the box” for him and what he doesn’t know, he will research and learn.

Prior to Resorts, Anthony has 15 years of hands on experience in a private country club setting where he was responsible for many aspects of the creative and efficient overall layout of ballroom design, from audio-visual to décor to table scape to ceremony and dining room set up. He is well experienced in the varied religious and non-religious wedding customs and traditions which are so often celebrated.

On your wedding day, while Eva is focused on our couple, Anthony ensures that our Banquet team, in concert with Chef Rob and the Culinary team, maintains the highest level of preparation and service to your guests.

Nancy Masino, Catering Sales Manager

Nancy’s career has taken her on a journey from her South Jersey roots to the magical world of Disney in Central Florida, and back again. With over 15 years of experience in catering sales and services under her belt, Nancy has returned to her hometown, eager to use her expertise to create unforgettable events for her clients. Having honed her skills in the art of guest experience training, Nancy is uniquely equipped to bring a touch of magic to every occasion, no matter how big or small. Her commitment to creating “One of a Kind” events ensures that every detail is carefully considered, leaving clients with memories that they will cherish for a lifetime. With Eva, Anthony & Nancy at the helm, you can rest assured that your special event will be nothing short of “One of a Kind”.

OCEAN BALLROOM

The Ocean Ballroom is the largest of all of the ballrooms in Resorts. The room boasts floor to ceiling windows which overlook the historic boardwalk and capture beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. Despite the size, the Ocean Ballroom can be transformed into an intimate wedding location ideal for celebrations from 200 to 1,000.

HORIZON BALLROOM

The Horizon Ballroom is truly the perfect spot to host your ceremony, kick off the evening’s festivities with cocktails or celebrate your nuptials with dinner and dancing for up to 200 of your closest group of friends and family. The Horizon Ballroom’s features two floor to ceiling walls of windows which allow natural sunlight to bathe the room as well as offer historic city views to the west and magnificent, unobstructed ocean views to the east.

ATLANTIC BALLROOM

Like the Horizon Ballroom, the Atlantic Ballroom is ideal for ceremonies, cocktail receptions or dinner and dancing with up to 200 of your invited guests. The high ceilings and architectural feel of the room make the Atlantic Ballroom a wonderful backdrop for the evening.

STARLIGHT BALLROOM

The Starlight Ballroom is a beautifully historic ballroom in Resorts, dating back to the days of Vaudeville. With its dual stages, plaster cathedral ceiling and custom detailed wood accents, your guests will experience the classic charm of our property. The ballroom is perfect for ceremonies, cocktail receptions or dinner and dancing for up to 100.

My husband and I visited about five venues in Atlantic City and chose Resorts for our wedding. From the start, the service, the attention to details, the various ballroom options … there was no comparison when we visited the others. We were correct in our decision. Our wedding was absolutely fabulous! Nancy, Eva, Dawn, Gary, Anthony, Chef Dave, and the many additional team members went above and beyond to make our day so unbelievably special. They make an excellent team! Everything from the amazing ice sculpture, the delicious food, the specialty drinks, the suites, the gorgeous decorated ballrooms.. it was literally our dream wedding. Nancy is the best and was there every step of the way from the very beginning, through the planning phase and came up with some awesome ideas! My husband loves crocs. (That’s right, I said it! Lol still can’t believe I am married to a man who wears crocs.) Me, I personally hate crocs. Nancy had a brilliant idea of creating our specialty drinks around team crock or team black stiletto. That was a huge hit! I highly recommend this venue for any event, not just weddings. I thoroughly vet all of my vendors and trust me, Resorts in AC is hands-down #1. They are literally the best people you will ever meet.

Our unforgettable wedding experience at Resorts Casino surpassed all expectations. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were nothing short of magical. The culinary experience at both the cocktail hour and wedding reception was exceptional. Resorts was a GREAT one stop shop for everything!! We had welcome drinks Friday evening with our guest that arrived early! Our ceremony, cocktails hour and reception was all on the same floor and easy for people to maneuver around. After party at Bar One was a total hit! Sunday morning our farewell brunch so we could say our last goodbyes to our guest was fabulous! Eva goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled well and just how you like it! Elisa is just pure joy to be around with her big smile and helpful tips and Dawn will make sure you eat and even pack you late night snacks! The food was outstanding and all the rooms for everything was decorated nicely! If I could do it again I wouldn’t think twice about it! Also the rest of the staff in the hotel is so pleasant saying hello and checking to see if you need anything else and when it comes to leaving make sure Chante packs your car because she’s incredible!

I had my wedding at Resorts in May 2022 and still don’t know how to put into words how incredible our experience was from start to end. To start off- you can truly not be in better hands than with Eva and the staff at Resorts. For months leading up to the wedding Eva worked with our vendors, worked on designing the room, helped us pick out a perfect menu, and even helped us plan a welcome party for guests the night before. Eva, Anthony, and the whole team at Resorts worked around the clock to make sure our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. The months and days leading up to our wedding were so much less stressful. The team at Resorts when we arrived at our wedding weekend, including everyone at the valet, bellmen, the front desk, room service, were so kind and made sure everything was taken care of for us. We could not be more grateful to have worked with and met such amazing people. They were all truly what made Resorts “one of a kind”. The ballrooms at Resorts are also “one a kind”. We chose the Ocean Ballroom because we had 280 guests and used the Horizon Ballroom for our cocktail hour. The ballrooms have an awesome, old school Atlantic City vibe while also both having beautiful ocean and boardwalk views. They are all on the same floor of Resorts, which made it very accomodating for our guests. Our guests walked to the Ocean Ballroom, which was beautifully draped from ceiling to floor, with chandeliers and lights hanging throughout the room. It was more than I could have even asked for- really breathtaking how beautiful the staff made the room look that night. The food was incredible- all of our guests raved about how great the food was from cocktail hour, to dinner, to the cake. We had zero issues our entire wedding day because of how experienced and professional the team at Resorts is. We had brunch for our guests in the Horizon ballroom the following morning, which was also amazing. The food and service again were great, and the room was decorated beautifully. Our wedding was perfect, more than we could have dreamed of, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Resorts and their staff. My husband and I, our parents, and our guests will always be grateful for the first class service we received that weekend.

I recently attended two weddings at Resorts Casino Hotel. The first one I was a bridesmaid and the second I was a guest. Both weddings were absolutely beautiful and well coordinated. Eva, Dawn and Anthony were spectacular. They were on top of every detail and ensured the wedding proceeded without any hiccups. Eva and Dawn paid particular attention to the bride and the wedding party but didn’t forget to greet all the guests! They were thorough, well prepared, easy going and were there if you needed anything. The receptions were beautifully catered and the food was excellent. The ballroom where the wedding ceremony took place had large windows for a stunning view of the boardwalk and ocean. The ballroom where the reception was held was spacious and beautifully decorated. There were many great places throughout Resorts for wedding party pictures! The hotel is big but not too big. The ballrooms were all on the same floor and close to each other, making it very convenient to get from one to the next. The hotel rooms were close as well and were very nice. The bridal suite was large and had a nice view of the boardwalk and ocean. My brother’s wedding was perfect and my mother still talks of Eva and Dawn to this day. I highly recommend Resorts Casino Hotel to have your wedding. You won’t be disappointed.
