LandShark Contest Rules

Prize: One participant will win an overnight stay at Resorts Casino Hotel (Sunday- Thursday) and a $100 gift card to LandShark Bar & Grill.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. All legal residents of the United States 21 years of age or older may enter for the chance to win an overnight stay at Resorts Casino Hotel (Sunday – Thursday) and a $100 gift card to Landshark Bar & Grill.

Guests may enter by following @resortscasino on Instagram, liking the designated post on Instagram, and tagging one person in the comments of the designated post on Instagram.

On the date of the drawing, the winner(s) shall be drawn at random via the Woobox website. The winner will be selected from the designated Instagram giveaway post and will receive an overnight stay at Resorts Casino Hotel (Sunday- Thursday) and a $100 gift card to Landshark Bar & Grill. The program which has been approved for use by the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Commission shall eliminate duplicate entries and entries of those who cannot claim their prize in person at Resorts Casino Hotel prior to the selection of the winner. The selection shall be done by the Mohegan Social Media Department via the random selection website mentioned above on the date and time designated by the Mohegan Social Media Department at Mohegan Sun.

The winning patron(s) shall receive an initial notification via direct message. If the winning patron does not respond within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be randomly chosen by the Woobox website stated above. The winning patron must present valid photo identification to Resorts Casino Hotel to receive the prize. All winners must be verified that they are 21 years of age or older prior to claiming their prize. All prizes must be redeemed by the date designated by the Mohegan Social Media Department otherwise the prize shall be forfeited.

The information collected online is used for this giveaway contest drawing only. Information received such as name, e-mail address, home address, and data collected regarding areas of interest is stored in a database. The database is available for Mohegan Sun’s usage only and is not shared with anyone.
