President’s Grand Charity Scholarship Ball
Sunday February 22, 2015 | 5PM

The Professional Chefs Association of South Jersey (PCASJ), a chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), has chosen Resorts Casino Hotel as the site of this year’s President’s Grand Charity Scholarship Ball. The ball is a lavish tribute to gourmet dining that draws the best and brightest chefs, bakers, managers, educators and cooks from the region’s leading hotels, casinos, country clubs, culinary schools and restaurants. At the Shore’s Scott Cronick will serve as emcee for this year’s Ball, which includes a cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and a live band. In support of Resorts’ award-winning food and beverage team, local culinary students will assist with preparations for the evening’s featured menu.
