Legendary UFC Champion Frankie Edgar to Visit DraftKings Sportsbook at Resorts Casino Hotel
Free public all ages meet & greet takes place on Saturday, December 16th from 8:00 – 9:00pm plus, a VIP Main Card Watch Party from 10:00pm – 1:00am
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (December 11, 2023) – Guests are invited to head down to Resorts Casino Hotel on Saturday, December 16th for a free, public meet & greet with UFC champion, Frankie Edgar! Additionally, guests can purchase tickets to check out UFC 296 with Frankie Edgar at the VIP Watch Party in the private area of DraftKings Sportsbook at Resorts.
Fans of mixed martial arts are in luck as UFC Champion Frankie Edgar will be making a special appearance at Resorts Casino Hotel. Located across from DraftKings Sportsbook at Resorts, in the Margaritaville/Boardwalk Lobby, Frankie Edgar will be hosting a free, public meet & greet for guests of all ages from 8:00pm – 9:00pm.
Guests looking to extend the night can head over to the VIP area of DraftKings Sportsbook at Resorts from 10:00pm – 1:00am to watch the UFC 296 Main Card with Frankie Edgar. UFC 296 will feature a welterweight title bout of Leon Edwards (C) vs. Colby Covington (#3) and a flyweight title bout of Alexandre Pantoja (C) vs. Brandon Royval (#2). Tickets to the VIP Main Card Watch Party with Frankie Edgar are $50 and can be purchased via the Resorts Casino Hotel website.
Frankie Edgar is an American former professional mixed martial artist, who most recently competed in the Bantamweight division of the UFC. Beginning his career in the Lightweight division, Edgar captured the UFC Lightweight Championship in 2010 and successfully defended his title three times before losing it in 2012. Edgar then moved down to compete in the Featherweight division, where he challenged for the UFC Featherweight Championship twice and the interim championship once before moving down to the Bantamweight division in 2020.
DraftKings Sportsbook at Resorts hosts special, themed happy hours every Monday and Thursday, featuring half priced appetizers and various drink specials. Monday Industry Night takes place from 6:00pm – 10:00pm, and guests can enjoy $3 Miller Lite & Yuengling drafts, $5 margaritas, $7 green or white tea shots, $8 Barefoot sangrias and $11 High Noon 24oz. hard seltzers. The new, elevated, bar food menu at DraftKings Sportsbook at Resorts offers the ultimate game day eats. Betting kiosks are available at DraftKings Sportsbook at Resorts 24 hours a day, with betting windows open Sunday – Thursday from 11:00am – 10:30pm and Friday from 4:00pm – 10:00pm.
