Yuirk Mamedov is a professional boxer who is currently 10-1 with 3 KO’s and as he approaches his next fight taking place at Showboat Atlantic City on March 23rd against to-be-named opponent, he’ll have one of Atlantic City’s most historic casino & resorts in his corner. Resorts Casino Hotel will be sponsoring the 27-year old fighter who was born in Russia, and from there, lived in Armenia, Germany, Belgium and France.

Mamedov, who also goes by the ‘Fighting Pride of Yazidi,” had his professional debut in Boston, MA in 2016 and since that time has sharpened his skills and has become a hard hitting prospect in the welterweight division. He is the first boxer that Resorts Casino Hotel has sponsored since Morris Bailey took ownership of Resorts. In his fight on March 23rd in AC, he’ll seek his 11th win and continued rise in boxing.
