ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (January 5th, 2018) – Every Thursday, indulge in Capriccio’s Thursday Gravy. A three course meal for $29.00 per person. First course enjoy your choice of melanzane alla parmigiana: crispy eggplant, parmesan style or Capriccio house salad of arugula, frisee, fennel dressed in a roma tomato lemon basil vinaigrette. For your second course, choose a pasta with the perfect gravy, choices include cheese agnolotti, carbonara style: egg, pancetta and cream sauce, rigatoni bolognese tossed in an Italian meat sauce with parmegiano reggiano or spaghetti with meatballs or Italian sausage. Make sure to save room for some dessert, your choice of seasonal gelato or a cannoli.
For those who have a healthy New Year’s resolution, Capriccio has a guiltless menu just for you! A three course menu for $29.00 per person. Enjoy your first choice of Duet of beet, goat cheese, pistachio napoleon or zucchini noodle pasta with garlic and parmesan. As a second course choose from branzino: roasted fennel, watercress with radish and lemon, cauliflower “steak”: cauliflower, butternut squash puree and toasted pepitas or roast chicken with white bean ragu. Even with a guiltless menu you can treat yourself to a little dessert with a choice of seasonal sorbetto or olive oil cake with crème Chantilly and seasonal berries.
