Celebrate Pride Month at Resorts Casino Hotel

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (June 2, 2023) – Resorts Casino Hotel is ready to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community with a fun-filled month of Pride! Brittany Lynn’s Queen Cabaret is bringing live entertainment to Lounge 78, the new retro themed pop-up bar located at Bar One. Plus, award-winning queer writer and comedian Michelle Tomko is set to hit the stage in the Screening Room for a hilarious one-woman show dedicated to the personalities of Atlantic City called Yo Eleven: One Woman Many Voices: A Celebration of Atlantic City.

Brittany Lynn’s Queen Cabaret is taking over Lounge 78 every Tuesday during the month of June with a lineup of events guests won’t want to miss: a Totally 80s party, a special performance by all-male vocalist group Bring on the Men, and Here Come the Queens, the ultimate drag show featuring Brittany’s best divas. All events start with a happy hour from 5:00pm – 6:00pm and the party starts immediately after. There is no cover at Lounge 78. Summer drink specials at Lounge 78 are $14 and include the Side Car, the Tom Collins, the Brandy Alexander and the White Russian.

Brittany Lynn has been performing at casinos, restaurants, and concert venues all over the tri-state area for 26 years! She is the most award-winning drag queen around — not only for her shows, but for her work with multiple charities on various platforms. Guests are invited to come on OUT and play with her! This ain’t a normal cabaret – there will be lots of stand-up comedy and crowd play. Don’t forget the $1 bills!

On Sunday, June 11th at 1:00pm, guests looking to celebrate Pride Month with some relatable laughs can check out Michelle Tomko’s Yo Eleven: One Woman Many Voices: A Celebration of Atlantic City at the Screening Room, located at the Tower Conference Level. Yo Eleven is a scripted performance that contains improvisation and quotes from hours of interviews with numerous members of the Atlantic City community – a famous singer, a person in recovery, a Stockton student, a yogi, and a pillar of the community who was raised in Atlantic City when the North and South sides of town were racially divided, just to name a few. Michelle elected to entitle the show “Yo Eleven” after the craps term, as a bettor announces “yo eleven” at the table to ensure they don’t confuse their wager on eleven with a similarly sounding bet on the seven. Tickets to Yo Eleven: One Woman Many Voices are $25 and on sale now via ticketmaster.com.
