Resorts Casino Hotel Shows the Love with Delightful Valentine’s Day Specials

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Jan. 28, 2019) – Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Resorts Casino Hotel with one of a kind specials, including dining, drinks and exciting promotions.

On Thursday, February 13th, ladies can grab their girlfriends and head to Resorts for Galentine’s Day! Bar One kicks things off with exclusive drink specials beginning at 2:00pm and lasting through 7:00pm, $4.00 wine, draft beer and domestic bottles will be featured. Mixed drinks and imported beer will also be offered at $5.00 and a great lineup of specialty cocktails check in at $5.50 as part of the celebration. Guests can also stop by the promotions booth for a box of chocolates and a chance to win $500 in slot cash, beginning at 9:00am.

On Friday, February14th, guests can take advantage of delectable dining specials, including classic romantic dishes at Breadsticks while overlooking the Atlantic City skyline and boardwalk, all for $65.00 per couple.  This special includes a fire roasted salad with grilled Belgian endive, asparagus, radicchio, grapefruit segments and charred shallot vinaigrette or mussels and clams with coconut ginger butter broth and roasted garlic baguette. A delicious main course features a choice of sliced prime rib accompanied by truffle roasted steak fries, grilled asparagus and au jus or the distinctive herbs crusted halibut with Hen of the Wood mushroom accompanied by crab and corn soufflé. Indulge in a delicious dessert option of strawberry shortcake or red velvet marble cheesecake. 

At Capriccio, one of AC’s finest Italian restaurants, couples can enjoy classic dishes with a delicious Valentine’s twist.  Indulge in a mouthwatering first course of lobster truffle risotto with butter braised lobster, truffle, cream and parmesan or a beet salad including tri-colored beets, citrus, pomegranate, watercress and goat cheese. For a second course option, halibut with Chanterelle and lobster mushrooms, confit baby potatoes and herb butter sauce, exquisite herb crusted lamb chops with polenta, roasted baby vegetables and rosemary demi-glace or the crab pasta Carbonara – house made mafaldine pasta, crab, pancetta, egg, cream and parmesan are featured. Relish a tempting first course with options like lobster bisque, seared Foie Gras crostini with caramelized apple, lightly fried ouster ginger cream and Tobiko or strawberry and arugula salad with edible flowers, onion, toasted almonds, goat cheese topped with a raspberry vinaigrette. A scrumptious main course offers a choice of grilled filet mignon and shrimp accompanied by a chocolate infused demi-glaze, wild berry butter and garlic mashed potatoes or stuffed twin lobster tails with lobster cream sauce, roasted pepper Hollandaise and fingerling potato hash.
