Landshark Bar & Grill at Resorts Casino Hotel Is Officially Open for the Summer
Award-winning beachside restaurant features new menu items and live entertainment seven days a week
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (May 28, 2024) – Resorts Casino Hotel is pleased to announce Landshark Bar & Grill officially opened for the season over Memorial Day Weekend. Guests can sit back and relax in the center of the action on the beach and Boardwalk while enjoying stunning views of the ocean, sipping on refreshing beverages at multiple different bars and indulging in delectable menu items from a newly expanded kitchen. Additionally, guests can dance their way into the summer nights with daily, energetic, live entertainment.

The kitchen expansion at Landshark Bar & Grill allows for extended service on the boardwalk patio. Guests can devour new menu options, including a Poke Bowl complete with ahi tuna poke, jasmine rice, cucumber, avocado, radish, serrano peppers, edamame and green onions, tossed in a house-made ponzu sauce and topped with chili lime aioli, seaweed salad, fried wontons and sesame seeds. Additional fresh menu items include Burrata, served on a bed of arugula, drizzled in olive oil and balsamic with cherry tomatoes, fresh prosciutto, pesto and focaccia bread, Steamed Little Neck Clams served with garlic parsley butter and white wine, and Shrimp Tacos stuffed with fried shrimp, topped with tomatoes, shredded lettuce, chili lime aioli and sesame seeds.
Landshark Bar & Grill is open Sunday – Friday from 11:00am – 10:00pm and from 11:00am – 11:00pm on Saturdays.
