For a second course guests can enjoy a Panzanella Salad, Fire Roasted Vine Tomatoes, Fennel paired with Primi Soli Pinot Grigio. As a third course, guests can taste Duck Breast, Morels, Ricotta Dumpling, Red & Gold Currants paired with Corte Alta Ripasso. The fourth course includes Kurobata Pork Short rib, Corn Pudding, Barbados Cherries paired with Corte Alta Amarone wine.
