Guests can celebrate over a three-course meal for two at Capriccio for $100. For the first course, decide between crab tagliatelle or fennel salad. Second course is either black cod with celery root, cabbage and grapefruit, Colorado lamb with Yukon potato purée, broccoli rabe pesto, and lemon yogurt, or seafood lasagna with garlic bread. Dessert is either classic tiramisu or crumb bun, complete with crème fraiche and toffee.
At Breadsticks Café and Grill, couples can enjoy a three course meal for $65. First course is butter lettuce with chicories, crudité, BBQ pork rinds, and a pancetta vinaigrette or mussels in an herb broth with a baguette. Main course is a rib eye au jus with lobster mac n cheese or scallops with cavatelli, shelling beans and minestrone. Guests can choose between passionfruit cheesecake or pear cobbler with vanilla ice cream and cider granita for dessert.
Guests who dine with Gallagher’s Steak House can indulge with an à la carte menu. First is the option of a lobster & crab meat parfait complete with avocado, tomato, spinach, and spicy aioli for $28.00, or a strawberry & goat cheese salad with cherry tomatoes, onions, candied walnuts, and mixed greens over a champagne vinaigrette for $16.00. The main course is either a 22 oz. bone-in NY strip steak with two stuffed shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes and cauliflower au-gratin for $80.00, or twin South African lobster tails with sautéed crab meat, grilled asparagus topped with hollandaise sauce and roasted fingerling potatoes for $90.00.
