Live in the Superstar Theatre on May 20th; Tickets go on sale March 4th
The greatest decade of music comes alive on stage at Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City with Sounds of the 60s in concert. Live in the Superstar Theatre at 8:00pm on Saturday, May 20th, the show will feature performances by The Flamingos, Dennis Tufano and La La Brooks.
Ticket prices start at $35.00 and will go on sale on Saturday, March 4th through Ticketmaster at www.ticketmaster.com or 1.800.745.3000. Tickets will also be available at the Resorts’ Box Office.
The night will kick off with Former lead singer of The Crystals, La La Brooks, performing her biggest hits including “Da Doo Ron Ron” and “Then He Kissed Me,” plus a tribute to the girl groups of the 60s.
Dennis Tufano, the voice behind The Buckinghams, will continue the show by singing the group’s #1 hit “kind of a Drag,” as well as “Don’t You Care,” “Mercy, Mercy Mercy” and “Hey Baby.”
The Flamingos, starring Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Terry Johnson, will then hit the stage to perform a tribute to Americana of the 60s including songs by The Beach Boys, Three Dog Night and the Four Seasons.
The night concludes when Terry, La La and Dennis return to the stage for a memorable tribute to Motown. The music we all love is back with Sounds of the 60s in concert!
