Serving a feast for Easter Sunday brunch, Capriccio will be featuring a delightful Easter menu for $55.99 per person. At the carving station, enjoy prime rib of beef and leg of lamb as well as a waffle and omelet station. Guests also have selections including: French dipped prime rib of beef with aged provolone, broccoli Rabe, roasted peppers and brioche rolls, traditional eggs benedict with Canadian bacon, English muffins and hollandaise sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes with parmesan cheese and fresh parsley, rainbow baby carrots with fresh thyme and cauliflower medley and beef cheek ravioli with wild mushroom cream sauce. Additionally, maple pepper cured bacon, pork breakfast sausage, mini quiche with ham, egg and cheese, grilled skirt steak with grilled onions, sweet Italian sausage with long hot peppers, sweet red peppers and onions, creamed chipped beef with house made biscuits, mixed seafood medley with lemon caper sauce, heirloom tomatoes and basil, Chinese, general shrimp with vegetable fried rice and flatbreads with margarita, wild mushroom or parmesan served with ricotta or asparagus will all be available. For dessert enjoy, apple crepes with cinnamon sugar and cinnamon swirl stuffed French toast with sweet ricotta filling chocolate chips.
Gallagher’s Steak House will treat guests with an Easter Sunday dinner including; cream of artichoke soup with garlic croutons for $9.00, toasted quinoa and brussel sprout salad with onion, carrots, mint, goat cheese and lime vinaigrette for $14.00, herb and honey crusted leg of lamb with roasted garlic and white truffle mashed potato green beans for $45.00 or, balsamic and pineapple roasted ham with candied sweet potato and roasted baby carrots for $39.00.
Or, enjoy a three course dinner at Breadsticks this Easter for $28.99 per person. To start, a first course choice of tortellini meatball soup or house salad, a second course choice of lemon parmesan seated salmon with wild mushrooms risotto and grilled asparagus or pistachio crusted rack of lamb with mint demi, Yukon mashed potato and colorful carrots. And for dessert, a third course of carrot cake cheese cake.
